Patient Identification & Pre-Screening

All first-time home visit bookings require basic identity verification (for example, Aadhaar card or another government ID) and a preliminary telephonic consultation before a therapist is dispatched.

Patient Details Required Before Booking

• Patient's full name, age and gender
• Complete residential address and landmark
• Primary medical condition / doctor's referral summary
• Contact number of a primary family member or caregiver residing at the location

First-Visit Protocol

For any new home visit request, or any unknown location, the first assessment visit will be conducted by a senior therapist / lead physiotherapist.

Treatment Environment & Attendant Guidelines

Residential Locations Only

Home visits are strictly conducted at verified residential home addresses. We do not provide home visit therapy at hotels, lodges or unverified commercial spaces.

Proper Treatment Area

Visits are conducted in clean, well-lit and accessible rooms within the home, to ensure a safe and professional clinical environment.

Zero-Tolerance Protocol

Our clinicians operate strictly under professional medical standards. Any form of verbal abuse, inappropriate conduct or non-compliance with safety standards will result in immediate termination of the session, cancellation of future care and reporting to the relevant legal authorities.

Therapist Authority

Our healthcare professionals have full authority to pause or decline a session if the treatment environment does not meet safety or hygiene standards.
